Trailer service

We take care of everything that is important for the safety and usability of your truck trailer. Make the most of the time from arrival at the seaport to departure of the ferry. We will do our best to help you as quickly and flexibly as possible.

HU & SP inspection

The annual main inspections and safety tests are an elementary component for safety on the roads of Europe; only a regularly inspected trailer may be used to transport goods. With 3 brake test stands, modern diagnostic technology, an optimum repair process and qualified and motivated staff, we guarantee high throughput rates with maximum quality standards.

Trailer repair

The area of trailer repair primarily comprises the restoration of operational capability after accidents or other damage, as well as the handling of warranty and other services.

This includes, for example, the rebuilding of the tarpaulin frame, the installation and removal of truck tarpaulins or Edscha roofs, the repair of electrics, hydraulics, brakes, frames and other add-on parts, as well as the fitting of new load securing material such as belts, side and tensioning boards, etc.

Mobile combi service

The inspection and repair of unaccompanied loading units in combined transport is one of our main tasks in order to avoid or at least reduce delays in the supply chain. Above all, the safety of unaccompanied transport by rail or water is an important standard so that customers' goods can reach all of Europe's major economic centers quickly, punctually, safely and sustainably.

Our combi service is available seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Payment by card is possible.

Roll trailer & forklift service

If you want to transport goods with special dimensions and weights on your company premises or in Ro-Ro traffic by sea, then we have a solution for you.

With our roll trailers you can easily move weights of up to 100 tons and with our forklift technology we can support you in handling unit weights of up to 30 tons.

Rental

Do you need transport units that are easy to load and unload for ro-ro traffic as well as for internal transportation, but don't want to make any expensive investments? We can offer you the following trailers from our fleet:

• ✓20 ft. roll trailer – 35 tons
• ✓40 ft. roll trailer – 40 to 100 tons
• ✓45 ft. roll trailer – 40 tons
• ✓60 ft. roll trailer – 30 to 50 tons
• ✓66 ft. roll trailer – 40 to 50 tons

Repair / conversion

In our workshop, we can convert the roll trailers so that they are perfectly adapted to your individual needs and requirements, e.g. attaching twist locks for transporting containers or reinforcing the frame for heavier weights.

If you have roll trailers in your fleet and simply want to have them checked or repaired, we are also your partner.

Technical service

Our in-house service workshop is responsible for the maintenance and servicing of our own equipment, but also takes care of all standard port handling technology such as forklift trucks, reach stackers and terminal tractors.

We can also carry out maintenance or repair work directly on site with our workshop vehicle.

Truckwash Rostock

Our truckwash in the area in front of the seaport is your address for professional truck washing between the motorway and the ferry. We focus on a thorough wash, because an optimum result cannot be achieved without an additional hand wash.

You do not need an appointment: simply drop by during our opening hours. The system takes vehicles up to a washing height of 4,200 mm and we clean almost all types of vehicle.
